The City of Oak Park has received funding through the federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) to purchase and renovate foreclosed homes to improve residential neighborhoods. This program is designed to make available for purchase, renovated homes to single family owner occupants that meet low to moderate income criteria. This program is an equal opportunity program in accordance with federal regulations.
